Thank you for choosing Wild Coast Flower Preservation. All our pieces are custom made with your unique blooms. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
Because each order is handcrafted and customized, our current processing time is 3–5 months from the date we receive your flowers. Processing time depends on order volume, flower preservation requirements, and design complexity.
We will notify you via email as soon as your order is complete and ready to ship.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard shipping (within the US) takes an estimated 2–7 business days after your item is finished and shipped.
- Expedited shipping may be available—please contact us before ordering for options and additional charges.
Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues or customs processing.
Carriers Used

Damages During Shipping
We pack every order with care. If your items arrive damaged, please email us at info@wildcoastflowerpreservation.com with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
