Ready-to-ship items typically ship within a few business days unless text personalization is added, in which case, it could take up to 7-days to ship. Because these pieces are already completed, they do not follow the longer production timelines associated with custom flower preservation orders. However, we put the finished product through the final stages of cleaning, inspection and packing before we ship.

Yes! Our ready-to-ship pieces are one-of-a-kind designs made with unique flower combinations or natural wood elements. If multiples are available, that will be noted on the product listing.

Yes, ready-to-ship preserved flower pieces make thoughtful gifts for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, memorials, and other meaningful occasions. You can ship directly to the recipient at checkout. Add a note to your order with the gift message and we'll make sure to add it to the packaging.

Yes, we use the same high-quality UV-resistant, food-safe resin used in our custom bouquet preservation work. Our ready-to-ship collection is made with the same materials and attention to detail as our custom pieces.

No. These are already made pieces. You do not send us flowers for this collection.  If you have fresh flowers for preservation, you may shop our bouquet preservation services

Yes. Custom text is available on many items for an additional personalization fee. Placement and character limits vary by product, and we’ll confirm what’s possible if you leave notes at checkout. 

Most items work best with names, initials, dates, or a short phrase. Character limits depend on the product size and layout.

Yes. Because these are one-of-a-kind premade pieces, the product photos show the exact item you’ll receive.  You may request additional photos before purchase if needed.

We can include a gift message if you add it at checkout. We will include this message on top of the item, inside package. We currently don't offer gift wrap or specialty packaging. 

Contact us right away with photos of the box and the item. We’ll help quickly and file a claim with the carrier if needed. We can help arrange the return of the item for repairs as most damages can be mitigated. 

Preserved flowers are natural and can have slight variation. We use UV-resistant resin to help protect the piece, but like all floral keepsakes, it’s best to keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight and extreme heat. 

Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, and high heat. (If you have specific care guidance you use already, we can match it.)

Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return or exchange within 5 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies. The buyer is responsible for return shipping with insurance.

Items with custom text personalization are final sale. If a personalized item is approved for return, a 50% restocking fee applies.

To start a return, emails us with your order number. 

Yes, international shipping may be available. Please reach out to us and we’ll provide the correct shipping cost for your location before you place your order.
