Interested in preserving special occasion flowers? Let’s get your reservation on the books! If your wedding is more than 3-weeks away, please Save Your Date on our preservation calendar with a $50 non-refundable deposit toward your order. If your wedding is within 3-weeks, do not make a reservation (proceed to Shop!) Reservation/Booking Instructions: 1. Click "Book Now" above and select your actual wedding date on our calendar at any time window. These 15-minute windows allow us to make multiple reservations, they are not a 15-minute meeting with our team. The booking places your wedding date on our calendar so that we can forecast, schedule staff and order materials. 2. After selecting ANY time window on your wedding date, select "Book" and proceed to pay the reservation deposit toward your order. 3. Check your email immediately for (2) communications: 1. Confirmation of Booking, 2. Your Preservation Coupon Code. If either do not come through, check for blocked senders or filtered emails. If your coupon code does not arrive after the confirmation email, message us immediately! IMPORTANT NOTES: • If you decide to cancel the order at any time, the original deposit will remain non-refundable. • Casting arrangements in resin often takes 3 to 4 months from start to finish. • Shipping will be applied to the final bill. Local orders may drop off and pick up. • We do not preserve the entire arrangement; only the best and freshest flowers will be used, and only enough to satisfy the order. • All items are handmade, and each piece is one of a kind. There are a number of uncontrollable ways that imperfections can occur within your piece, but we strive to keep them to a minimum as satisfaction is our primary concern. Examples of imperfections are bubbles (usually are a nice natural effect), tiny surface holes or surface bump. • If your flowers arrive unusable, we can work with a local florist and your images to find similar flowers.
